All orders are processed within 5-6 business days.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options.  Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping delivers within 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times may vary, and additional customs fees may apply.

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS 

In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We will strive to notify customers of any significant delays.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier or local authorities if you encounter delivery issues.

RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES 

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply.
